All zenith angle Blue: propagation rock, Red: propagation in Ice

At first I'll show propagation matrix through the Ice
It shows some non-smoothness around logE~6.32 or so but not much.

Near the horizontal. You can see that the problematic behavior consists of two part: one around logE~6.15 and then around 6.50.
The problem at 6.15 is large for horizontal events, and disappeared (compared to the other problem) as the direction becomes more vertical.
