Circular_text TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 25098 SUBJECT: GRB 190719A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 19/07/19 02:54:00 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 02:42:21 UT on 19 Jul 2019, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 190719A (trigger 585196946.536694 / 190719113). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 123.9, Dec = -30.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 08h 15m, -30d 48'), with a statistical uncertainty of 5.2 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 61.0 degrees.
