Circular_text TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 25471 SUBJECT: GRB 190825A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 19/08/25 04:17:15 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB At 04:06:56 UT on 25 Aug 2019, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 190825A (trigger 588398821.139798 / 190825171). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 330.5, Dec = -81.2 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 22h 02m, -81d 12'), with a statistical uncertainty of 93.9 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 14.0 degrees.
