Circular_text TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 25528 SUBJECT: GRB 190828D: A long GRB detected by INTEGRAL DATE: 19/08/28 19:53:38 GMT FROM: Sandro Mereghetti at IASF-Milano/INAF S.Mereghetti (INAF, IASF-Milano), D.Gotz (CEA, Saclay), E.Bozzo, C.Ferrigno, V.Savchenko (ISDC, Versoix), L.Ducci (IAAT, Germany and ISDC, Versoix) and J.Borkowski (CAMK, Torun) report: a gamma ray burst lasting about 20 s has been detected by IBAS in the IBIS/ISGRI data at 18:48:30 UT of August 28, 2019. The refined coordinates (J2000) are: R.A.= 251.9247 deg DEC.= -24.5498 deg with an uncertainty of 2.5 arcmin (90% c.l.). The burst had a peak flux of 0.7 counts/cm2/s (20-200 keV, 1-s integration time) and a fluence in the same energy range of about 7e-7 erg/cmq. A plot of the light curve will be posted at http://ibas.iasf-milano.inaf.it/IBAS_Results.html

Circular_text TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 25576 SUBJECT: GRB 190828D: Insight-HXMT/HE detection DATE: 19/08/30 12:59:32 GMT FROM: Qi Luo at IHEP J. M. Yao, Y. G. Zheng, C. Cai, Q. Luo, S. Xiao, Q. B. Yi, Y. Huang, C. K. Li, G. Li, X. B. Li, J. Y. Liao, S. L. Xiong, C. Z. Liu, X. F. Li, Z. W. Li, Z. Chang, A. M. Zhang, Y. F. Zhang, X. F. Lu, C. L. Zou (IHEP), Y. J. Jin, Z. Zhang (THU), T. P. Li (IHEP/THU), F. J. Lu, L. M. Song, M. Wu, Y. P. Xu, S. N. Zhang (IHEP), report on behalf of the Insight-HXMT team: At 2019-08-28T18:48:33.70 (T0), Insight-HXMT/HE detected GRB 190828D (trigger ID: HEB190828783) in a routine search of the data, which was also triggered by INTEGRAL (GCN #25528). The Insight-HXMT/HE light curve mainly consists of multiple pulses with a duration (T90) of 5.21 s measured from T0+0.03 s. The 1-ms peak rate, measured from T0+0.03 s, is 4001 cnts/sec. The total counts from this burst is 5857 counts. URL_LC: http://www.hxmt.org/images/GRB/HEB190828783_lc.jpg All measurements above are made with the CsI detectors operating in the regular mode with the energy range of about 80-800 keV (deposited energy). Only gamma-rays with energy greater than about 200 keV can penetrate the spacecraft and leave signals in the CsI detectors installed inside of the telescope. Insight-HXMT is the first Chinese space X-ray telescope, which was funded jointly by the China National Space Administration (CNSA) and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). More information about it could be found at: http://www.hxmt.org.
