Circular_text TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 25561 SUBJECT: GRB 190830A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 19/08/30 00:43:05 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 00:32:48 UT on 30 Aug 2019, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 190830A (trigger 588817973.260436 / 190830023). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 111.9, Dec = -23.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 07h 27m, -23d 48'), with a statistical uncertainty of 7.5 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 106.0 degrees.
