Circular_text TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 29916 SUBJECT: GRB 210430B: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 21/04/30 21:52:37 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 21:42:17 UT on 30 Apr 2021, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 210430B (trigger 641511742.665196 / 210430904). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 348.2, Dec = 8.3 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 23h 12m, 8d 18'), with a statistical uncertainty of 6.5 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 76.0 degrees. Sergienko (Blagoveschensk Educational State University) MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 210430B ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 29916) errorbox 6673 sec after notice time and 6710 sec after trigger time at 2021-04-30 23:34:08 UT, with upper limit up to 17.1 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 79 deg. The sun altitude is -23.0 deg. The galactic latitude b = -47 deg., longitude l = 86 deg.
