TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR
NUMBER: 34080
SUBJECT: GRB 230625A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization
DATE: 23/06/25 18:34:49 GMT
FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM
The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB
At 18:24:10 UT on 25 Jun 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 230625A (trigger 709410255.711038 / 230625767).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 321.2, Dec = -18.7 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 21h 24m, -18d 41'), with a statistical uncertainty of 3.5 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 69.0 degrees.
