SCRIPTS:

flasher_data.py - generates an h5 file with all received pulses from a flasher
 run as python flasher_data.py gcd_run130246.3 short_run130246_subrun339.i3 flasher_run130246.h5

flasherplot.py - generates a plot showing the received charge on a DOM. manually edit the file to change receiver DOM.
