Hoth is trying to back up rain's disk17 and disk18 (includes /net/user/aura)
I copied IceCube/2004 from maloof's RFS space to /data/exp/hsmlogs/access as part of a two-stage ingest, to see if the speed is any better than the miserable direct backup. 29GB/hour on the average to lustre disk (which isn't very fast). The direct speed was less than 12GB/hour. If we can back up from lustre faster than 19GB/hour we should be able to improve on the original, and we've been getting in the high 30's lately.
