Hi! Welcome to my site! My name is Qinrui Liu and written as 刘沁枘 in Chinese. Qinrui can approximately be pronounced as Chin-ray following the English rule.
I am currently a postdoc at the Arther B. McDonald Institute based at Queen’s University as a member of the astroparticle theory group. I did my PhD at University of Wisconsin-Madison. I worked at WIPAC under the supervision of Prof. Francis Halzen. My work focuses on astroparticle physics, the intersection of particle physics, astrophysics and cosmology. I am a member of the IceCube collaboration, working on phenomenology and data analysis.
I come from Meishan, a small city near Chengdu in Sichuan Province in Southwest China and did my undergraduate study at beautiful Wuhan University.
