Ch1 vs Ch2, Flashers
This is a comparison information extracted from average waveforms using data
taken from flasher Runs 0032089 to Runs 0032123. The data was taken using TestDAQ where both Ch1 and Ch2 are read
out. The reason we use the older TestDAQ runs is that in the pDAQ flasher runs Ch2 is not recorded when Ch1 is not yet
saturated.
The peak values and four or five leading edge points are plotted for several DOMs on String 39. The trend we see that
before Ch1 saturates the voltage in Ch2 is higher than in Ch1.
Now we look at the NPEs we seen in Ch1 and Ch2 using the same data and integrating the waveforms.
Now we see a better agreement with signals seen in the two channels.
These are examples of wavefroms from each channel (the time arbitrary)
