two hubs had switches reset by sebastian 2010: 08/27 tested spts64-ichub25 (which used to be spts64-scube) 6: SCUBE-28 27738cd0ed22 localhost.31A dropped from data stream multiple times IT cannot kickstart new DOMHubs (they are concentrating on the servers) we are going to replace 5 of the DOR cards on spts64-ichub25 with new DOR cards, and test the new cards at least... ----------------- 2009 stuff below ----------------- 08/12 spts64-ichub15 DOR card R1B1361D07 not seen by lspci after DOMHub moved to testing position DOR card R1A0113D01 causes kernal panic only when quad is plugged in at boot. replaced... new card had to have firmware update 08/13 spts64-ichub85 08/14 spts64-ichub34 DOR card #4 failed R1B1198D07 - did not show up with lspci low current firmware fuse blew for 00 at Aug 14 19:36:19 UTC DOR card #5 disappeared after we exchanged #4, we moved it a little and it came back. We lost it again when we moved the hub to start testing a new one swapped card #5 and #6, issue solved 08/26 DOR card 6 on hub82 failed to load FPGA after it was swapped away from testing - a computer reboot fixed the problem. 08/30 hub 81, DOM 31A went uncommunicative, power cycled 08/31 hub 16 not kickstarted DOR card #1 does not show up - shows up with lspci - sebastian checking on selector switch 09/01 hub86 DOR card R1B0211D02 caught fire! first issue was that the Acopian LED light would not turn on... DOR card R1A0114D01 causes a kernal panic at boot WHEN a quad cable is plugged in to either port. 09/02 carsd R1B1272D07 and R1B1206D07 blew because of miswired DOR power connector in ichub23 (not kickstarted yet). Strange thing was that the DOR card did not blow the first time we powered on the hub (maybe it did but we didnt notice?) 9/07 Justin pulls R1B1361D07 R1B1281D07 from hub23 9/08 R1B1323D07 shows problems on 33 - mainboards dont communicate - DOR card determined to be bad 09/08 hubs 24 (DOR card 2) and 33 (DOR card #2) both show up with 7 DOR cards both hubs fixed after a hard reboot 09/09 DOR card 6 on hub91 failed to power up DOMs the first time - was inspected, cables moved, then it worked! hub91: R1B1246D07 has intermittent DOM power connector - replaced
