Provides classes and interfaces, in conjuction with the commons-logging package, to give access to a logging system that is independent of its underlying implementation.

These classes are capable of doing providing LoggingConsumers for applicarions. This package contains the following groups of classes and interfaces:

• Classes for providing default consumers.
• Classes for using logging in unit tests.
