The variable Only_ADC (flrnldc3) shows a very unusual distribution
which cannot be restored to a good exponential through other
cuts. It is unkown what caused this or whether it is a real
effect. This behavior is not present in the other two
years. However, removing the top 1% of values in this variable in
the extended flarechecking cut stage is acceptable because it shows no
selection effects at higher cuts. This cut is placed at a value
of 5, so all egregiously large values are removed at the next stage of
flarechecking.

CUT 3 Short M
< 14 (just shaves a couple of events)
